Specimen autentic de dinte de Mosasaur și dinte de Rechin fosilizaţi din Maroc, vechi de aproximativ 70 de milioane de ani, în cutie de lemn cu capac transparent. Produsul vine însoțit de un Certificate of authenticity signed by a professional geologist who examined the Mosasaur tooth. A spectacular natural association between two unique specimens, an excellent gift for a dinosaur or paleontology enthusiast!
Reptiles have teeth that are replaced many times during their lives (even weekly). This, combined with the durability of the enamel and the long time they lived, means that fossilized teeth of mosasaurs, plesiosaurs, pterosaurs, and dinosaurs are common in various parts of the world.
Due to the age of the specimen, the fragmentary nature of the fossil deposits in Morocco, and local extraction methods, the tooth may exhibit imperfections and repaired areas (glued sections) that are completely normal and unavoidable, but it is overall in good condition, with the enamel layer nearly intact. We invite you to carefully review the product photos to identify any natural imperfections or potential repairs on the specimen.
