Personal Data Processing
SC MI-GO CONCEPT DESIGN SRL, as Personal Data Operator, processes the personal data provided by the User/Client, directly, through mixed means, in accordance with this Terms and Conditions, being an operator exempt from the notification obligation for data processing for the purpose of providing products, including for contracting, invoicing, delivery and marketing according to Decision no. 200/2015 of the President of the Supervisory Authority, published in the Official Gazette no. 969 of December 28, 2015.
According to the legislation in force, the information and personal data or data about other persons provided when creating an account or requesting DinoShop.ro services are confidential. They are used strictly for the purpose of placing Orders, invoicing and delivery. This information is not disclosed, except in cases provided by law.
In accordance with Law No. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Users/Clients whose data is processed have the right to information, the right to access and/or rectify the personal data being processed, the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to seek legal remedies. Users/Clients also have the right to request the deletion of their data, except in cases provided for by law. In order to exercise the rights mentioned above, DinoShop.ro asks Users/Clients to contact a representative at the e-mail address contact@dinoshop.ro or to use the Personal Data Access, Modification, or Deletion Form.
Access to personal data by third parties is granted only to the extent necessary for the completion of Orders placed on the Site and may include courier companies and payment processors, as applicable.
